Condolence: We are thinking of you and remembering you in prayer. I worked with her and her sister at the counter in JJ Newberry's as did my Aunt Elizabeth Jenkins. She and her sister were the backbone of the crew. Do you remember Ludie who was the galley cook? It was a great experience for me to grow my work ethic by their great examples. As a child, I thought it was the highlight of my life to be so privileged to get a cherry coke at the counter. It was presented in a cone shaped paper cup with a stainless steel holder and a paper straw. I loved their food also. Every surface was kept immaculate and everyone was so hospitable. Your Mom, Lucille, set the tone and and her smile would win over all. May God bless all of you as you honor her memory.
Love and prayers, Anita & Wendell
