Frances W. Riggleman, 96, of Winchester, VA died November 23, 2017 at home with her son by her side. She was born in Clarke County, VA to the late Julian C. and Mary Turner Williams on October 8, 1921.

Frances graduated from Berryville High School in 1938 and was a member of Calvary Church of the Brethren.

Frances was married to Dawson W. Riggleman. Mr. Riggleman died October 5, 1970.

She is survived by her son, Dawson W. Riggleman, Jr. and his wife Robann of Winchester; granddaughter, Amanda Elizabeth Riggleman of The Plains; one brother, Jack D. Williams of Summit Point, WV and one sister, Sally Ann Martin of Martinsburg, WV.

She is preceded in death by her brothers, Col. Julian T. Williams and Carroll F. Williams and her sister, Charlotte W. Gerbig.

A graveside service will be Wednesday, November 29, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at Shenandoah Memorial Park with Pastor Chuck Davis officiating.
