I remember when my boyfriend and I first met Gerrie at the Moose Lodge in Winchester.  She was so sweet, easy to talk to and she loved to dance. For some reason we got on the subject of my daughter, who has a small farm, and Gerrie told me she had a lot of ceramic roosters and chickens.  She brought me a few on another occasion at the moose, and of course my daughter loved them. I told mly daughter I got them from the "Chicken Lady" at the moose.  Sadly I haven't seen Gerrie in a few years, after she stopped coming to the Moose, but I will always remember how she loved to dance, loved her husband and family, had a great smile and had so generously given me the figurines.  I will definitely miss my "Chicken Lady."  To the family and other friends, so  sorry for your loss and for hearing of this so late.
