Deborah Ann Richard, 61, of Clear Brook, died Saturday, December 5, 2016 at her home.
Ms. Richard was born November 1, 1955 in Woodstock,VA; the daughter of Harold Franklin Kremer and Anna Elizabeth Ashwood Kremer. She had worked in production at New World Pasta.
She is survived by her sons, Edward Richard, IV and Joshua A. Richard, both of Winchester and her sister, Lori Kremer of Clear Brook.
Funeral Services will be private.
