Obituary for Harry Thomas Robertson
Harry Thomas Robertson, 65, of Berryville, VA passed away at Winchester Medical Center, Thursday, June 23, 2016.
He was born on February 10, 1951 in Winchester, VA; the son of Warren M. Robertson, Sr. and Elaine C. Robertson.
Harry graduated from Clarke County High School with the class of 1969 and was a member of the varsity football team. He served in the US Army and was a past member of the VFW Post 9760. He then worked for FEMA for more than 30 years, until his retirement in 2006.
He is survived by his mother Elaine; a son Matthew Thomas Robertson of Stephenson and his brother Warren M. Robertson, Jr. of Winchester.
He is preceded in death by his father Warren, and two sisters, Judy Breeden and Barbara McIntire.
The family will receive friends at Jones Funeral Home in Winchester from 7:00-9:00 p.m., on Thursday, June 30, 2016.
A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, July 1, 2016 at Green Hill Cemetery in Berryville, VA, with Pastor Carl Menefee officiating.
Memorial contributions may be made In Memory of Harry Robertson to the American Diabetes Association, 1701 N. Beauregard Street, Alexandria, VA 22311.
