Charlotte M. Perkinson, 83, died Saturday, February 27, 2016 at a local nursing home.
She was born November 18, 1932 in Elba, New York, the daughter of Floyd F. and Lottie J. Downs, Sr.
Charlotte married Martin Francis Perkinson on October 18, 1979 in Hagerstown, MD. Her ex-husband, Percy Lee Hale preceded her in death.
Along with her husband, Martin, she is survived by a daughter, Pamela Hale Fletcher and spouse, Timothy of Middletown, VA; four brothers, Irving C. Downs, of Albion, NY, Clarence J. Downs of Elba, Clayton H. Downs of Albion, NY and Kenneth L. Downs of Hebron, KY; four sisters, Shirley A. Pahuta of Elba, Arlene M. Frasier of Seabring, FL, Lois L. Golisano of Port Richey, FL, and Bonnie S. KingDolhr of Elba and two grandchildren, Trudy Marie Fletcher and Corey Michael Fletcher.
She is predeceased by three brothers, Floyd Downs Sr, Robert M. Downs and Elwood E. Downs.
The family is abiding by Charlotte’s wishes for private services.
