Roselle Wheeler O'Rourke (age 83)
Died peacefully on Saturday, February 28, at Winchester Medical Center in Winchester, VA. Born in Jacobs Creek, PA, Roselle spent most of her life in Moon Township, PA. It was there that she met and married the late Howard A. Wheeler, who died in 1983. In 1997, she married the late Roy O'Rourke, who died in 2013. Roselle had been living at the Willows at Meadow Branch in Winchester, VA, since early last year. She will be remembered for her immense generosity and spirit, and be missed by many. She is survived by her daughter, Laura Fox, of Winchester, VA, her son, Howard Wheeler, of Silver Spring, MD, and her two beloved grandchildren, Nicholas and Kirsten.
