Obituary for Carl William "Billy" Strosnider
Carl “Billy” William Strosnider, 57, of Winchester, VA died Thursday, February 14, 2019 at Blue Ridge Hospice.
Billy was born April 19, 1961 in Winchester; the son of the late Lawrence and Betty Anderson Strosnider. He was a self-employed painter. Billy was a graduate of James Wood High School class of 1980. He was a valued member of the Valley Cruisers as well as the Apple Valley Team Relay for Life since 2008. He was also a member of Kernstown United Methodist Church.
Billy is survived by his brother, Gilbert P. Strosnider (Gladys) of Winchester; sister, Susan J. Stanley (Bobby) of Winchester; nephews, James C. Dolly Jr. of Winchester and Michael P. Strosnider (Meredith) of Winchester and great nephews, Mitchell P. Strosnider and Micah Quest.
The family will have a celebration of life service at a later date.
