Harold E. Senseney, 82, went to be with his Heavenly Father on 12/14/2018. During his last days he was surrounded by family and friends. Harold was born on July 2, 1936, in Winchester, VA. He was the son of the late George and Elma Senseney. Harold was a member of New Life Christian Church. He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather and enjoyed being around his family. He was a talented musician who loved to play bluegrass music, with his preferred instrument being the fiddle. Harold worked at Crown Cork & Seal as a mechanic and retired after 32 years of service. He was an avid antique car enthusiast and was a veteran having served in the U.S. Army National Guard.

Harold was preceded in death by his parents and a daughter, Sherry L. Zachgo and a grandson, Michael “Scotty” Jenkins. He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Alma Garrett Senseney of Winchester and his daughters, Brenda Huffman, Carolyn Raines (Mark), Vickie Raines (Ron), Kathy Bennie (Bill), all from Winchester and Cindy Benjamin (Steve) of Gerrardstown, WV. He is also survived by his brothers, George Senseney (Zella), Ricky Senseney (Teresa) Stuart Senseney (Brenda); his sisters, Peggy Young and Vera Robertson. Harold was also survived by nine grandchildren and several great grandchildren. The following grandchildren and great grandchildren will serve as pallbearers; Jeremy Jenkins, Matthew Raines, Zachary Raines, Tyler Raines, Terrence Fogle, and Logan Bennie.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, December 19, 2018 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Jones Funeral Home with the funeral service being held on Thursday, December 20, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. at Jones Funeral Home with Pastors, Larry Veach and Kraig Bishop officiating. Burial will be in Shenandoah Memorial Park.
