Obituary for Glenn Monroe Borror
Glenn M. Borror, 92, of White Post, died Thursday, November 29, 2018.
Mr. Borror was born July 24, 1926 in Petersburg, WV; the son of the late John E. Borror and Ethel Shaffer Borror. He served in the US Army during World War II. He worked for Time DC for 28 years and retired as a diesel mechanic with RC Cola. He was a member of Macedonia United Methodist Church.
He married Hattie E. Payne on May 1, 1946 in Oakland, MD. Mrs. Borror preceded him in death.
He is survived by his son, Jody Borror and his wife Terri of Stephens City; two brothers, Gene Borror of Clear Brook and Ronnie Borror of Winchester; two grandchildren, Jody Borror, Jr. of Inwood, WV and Glenn Borror of Charlotte, NC; and one great grandson, Colten Borror.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, December 3, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. at Macedonia Memorial Cemetery with Rev. Mike Mayton officiating.
