Obituary for Blandon Blair Webber

Blandon “Blair” Webber, 92, of Winchester, VA, went home to be with his lovely bride, Thursday, August 30, 2018.

He was born August 17, 1926 in Stephenson, VA; the son of the late Charles and Mary Schreck Webber.

He married Betty Lou Carpenter, the love of his life, February 14, 1948 in Hagerstown, MD. She preceded him in death May 5, 2018.

Blair served in the Army during WWII. He was a Building Inspector for the city of Winchester until his retirement.

He is survived by his daughter, Diane Keeler and her husband Ronald of Winchester; his grandson, Ronald Blair Keeler; two great grandchildren, Alexa Rae Keeler and Rachel Blair Keeler and his sister Mary Jane Ewing and her husband Lewis of Winchester.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Chester Schreck Webber and his sister, Joy Lee Fiddler.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to the employees of Green Valley Commons and Blue Ridge Hospice for their loving care and support.

Funeral services for Blair and Betty will be at a later date.
