Condolence From: John Bly
Condolence: I was a teenage friend of James.I think we met because his mother and mine, Jean Bly played bingo together, but I'm not sure. He was my best friend for many years. We collected comics together. If we had only saved them though i did sell mine to terry. Then it changed to music and then on. I remember we went to a party. Jim had long hair by then, looked like Mark Farner, Grand Funk. At the party were Danny Grim, John Massey playing guitar and marijuana, a love of live music and fuzzy head started. A girl came into my life Susan Shokes and me and Jim grew apart, the last time i saw him was in city jail for sexual assault. He told me to forget him he was no good. Jim's birth date was june 21 and mine was june 28. All of my life i have remembered that we were the same age for one week. I was happy his picture had music in it i hope he became happy.
