Obituary for Lewis Gray Ebert

Lewis Gray  Ebert
Lewis “Gray” Ebert, 61, died July 14, 2016. He was born December 23, 1954 in Winchester Memorial Hospital to the late Lewis H. Ebert and Margaret A. Ebert.
He graduated from James Wood High School in 1973. He graduated with an Associate’s Degree in business from LFCC.

He worked as a surveyor with Ebert Reproduction and Supply for 20 years and then at Kohl’s distribution until 2004.

He married Susan T. Ebert in 1977. He is survived by two daughters; Elizabeth E. Ayers (Jeffrey) of Romney, WV, and Emilebeth M. Ebert of Winchester; one grandson, Abel James Holler Ayers; and one sister, Ginger E. Dawson.

Gray was a charter member of the Winchester Rescue Squad (Millwood Station), and a member of Wesley United Methodist Church.

A memorial service will be held at Wesley United Methodist Church on Monday July 18, 2016 at 2PM with Rev. Jeff Butcher officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church.
