Cynthia Lea Foster, 55, of Winchester, died Saturday, February 20, 2016 at Blue Ridge Hospice In-Patient Care Center.
Cindy was born September 22, 1960 in Winchester; the daughter of the late Garland E. Foster and Ruth V. Elliott Foster. She was a member of Woodstock Presbyterian Church.
She is survived by one brother, Larris J. Kerns of Timberville, VA; five sisters, Joyce A. Kerns and Susan K. Newlin and her husband Roger all of Gore, VA, Debbie Helmick and her husband Tommy of Winchester, VA, and Alice E. Merritt and her husband Toby of Clear Brook VA; numerous nieces and nephews; numerous great nieces and nephews and one great great nephew.
The family will receive friends on Thursday evening from 7-9 p.m. at Jones Funeral Home in Winchester.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 26, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at Mount Olive United Methodist Church with Evangelist Roy D. Riley officiating. Burial will follow in Mount Olive Church Cemetery.
