Robert L. Bean, 70, of Clear Brook, died Tuesday, August 22, 2017 at Winchester Medical Center.
Mr. Bean was born December 15, 1946 in Winchester; the son of Martin Lee Bean and Helen Ritenour Bean. He retired from Northwestern Workshop. He was a member of Church of Christ at Mountain View.
He is survived by his mother, Helen Ritenour Bean of Winchester. He was preceded in death by two brothers, Dwayne Martin Bean and Darrell Vane Bean.
The family will receive friends on Monday from 10-11 a.m. at Jones Funeral Home in Winchester. A graveside service will follow at 11:00 a.m. at Mount Hebron Cemetery with Evangelist James McDaniel officiating.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Frederick County Esther Boyd Animal Shelter, 161 Fort Collier Road, Winchester, VA 22603.
