I am so sad to learn of Miss Carper’s passing. She was a wonderful nursing instructor and mentor...even though I graduated from practical nursing school in the mid 70’s she instilled good, sound ethics and a love for nursing in her students, and I carry those with me yet today. Please accept my deepest condolences in the loss of Miss Carper.
