Alice May Shell, 83, of Winchester, VA, died Saturday, November 24, 2018 at Envoy of Winchester.
Alice was born April 12, 1935, in Winchester, the daughter of the late John Lee and Hilda May Clem Snapp. She worked at Winchester Medical Center in the cafeteria for fifteen years. Alice was a past member of the Moose, Friendship Fire Department and volunteer with the Girl Scouts.
She is survived by her sons, Dennis Allen Shell (Kathy) of Winchester, David Lee Shell of Winchester; daughter, Donna Rodriguez (Edgar) of Bealeton, VA; three grandchildren and one great grandchild.
Alice was preceded in death by her sister Nancy Palmer.
The family will receive friends Wednesday, November 28, 2018 from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. at Jones Funeral Home in Winchester.
There will be a funeral service, Thursday, November 29, 2018 at 2:00 at Jones Funeral Home with Dennis Shell officiating. Burial will follow at Mount Hebron Cemetery.
