Jackie Marie West, 34 of Harpers Ferry, WV, died Saturday, October 27, 2018 at Winchester Medical Center.

Jackie was born May 28, 1984 in Fairfax, VA; the daughter of Richard Lee West and Barbara Susan Milburn McCroskey.

Along with her mother, she is survived by her daughter, Madisen Nichole Horay; sisters, Vanessa Lee Milburn and her husband Eddie Weaver Jr. of Front Royal, Crystal Lee West and Toni Michelle McCroskey both of Harpers Ferry; maternal grandmother, Carol Milburn of Front Royal and maternal grandfather, Charles Cressel of Front Royal.

She is preceded in death by her father Richard and her paternal grandparents, William and Virginia West.

The family will have a Celebration of Life at a later date.
