Obituary for William Edward Parsons
William E. Parsons, 86, of Winchester, died Saturday, August 4, 2018.
Bill was born August 12, 1931 in Charleston, WV; the son of the late Carl E. Parsons and Glenna Murdock Parsons. He served in the US. Air Force. He worked for 30 years for AT&T and finished his career in communications with General Services Administration.
He married Ruth Neumeyer on October 8, 1956 in Charleston, WV.
Along with his wife he is survived by his daughters, Ginger Lynn Parsons of Stephens City, Kathy Parsons Buzzell and her husband, Kevin of Winchester, and Billie Parsons Young and her husband, Mitch of Stephens City; nine grandchildren; and seven great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be private.
