Earl Lorenza “Hap” Madigan, Jr., 72, of Winchester, died at home on Wednesday, February 7, 2018.
He was born April 17, 1945 in Winchester; the son of Earl L. Madigan, Sr. and Eloise Taylor Madigan. He graduated from John Handley High School in 1964. He retired from Abex (Federal Mogal) after 49 ½ years.
He loved his family, fishing, Redskins, Nats, playing the lottery, and riding around.
He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Judy Madigan. Also surviving are two sons, Timothy Madigan and his wife Kathy of Bunker Hill, WV and Dennis and his wife Nina of Winchester; five grandchildren, Tanner Madigan and his wife Nikki, Alex Madigan, Alaina Madigan, Kortney Jenkins and Kelcie Jenkins; and a brother, Phillip Madigan.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, February 10, 2018 from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm at Jones Funeral Home in Winchester.
