Margaret Moyer Isaacs, 95, passed away Thursday, August 27, 2009 at Envoy Healthcare where she received excellent care for the past seven months.

She was born November 17, 1913 in Elkins, West Virginia, the daughter of S. Glen and Dora Weaver Moyer. Her passion was genealogy and she was the author of several volumes of Weaver Family genealogy.

She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Susan and Jerry McDowell of Winchester, VA; granddaughters, Laura Petruso of Round Hill, VA and Christina Youel of Louisa, VA; and four great-grandchildren. Her husband, George R. Isaacs, son, Glen R. Isaacs and sister, Virginia Jenkins, predeceased her.

Burial and service will be in Ohio at a later date.
