Harvey Ballard Devers, 63, passed peacefully in his sleep, in Winchester, VA, on November 3, 2017. Born on October 20, 1954, Harvey grew up in Alexandria, VA. He loved nature, music and family, and was ready to be with the Lord, at the time of his passing.

He is preceded in death by his parents, James and Jessie Devers, and two brothers, Lester and Michael Devers. He is survived by his daughter, Seana Ankers, her husband, Joe; two grand-children, M. Shea and Justin Ankers; two brothers, Gerald and Raymond Devers; two sisters, Lorita Mullins and Marcy Alves. He is also survived by Vicki Piotti, sister and brother-in-laws, and numerous nieces and nephews.
