Obituary for Patricia Jean Brill
Patricia Jean Brill, 76, of Winchester, VA, passed away on Wednesday, October 11, 2017 at her home.
Patricia was born April 10, 1941 in Front Royal, VA; the daughter of the late Hubert Gene and Goldie Larrick Smedley. She was a graduate of Handley High School. She served her country in the Army. Patricia worked at the Winchester Star for almost 50 years and never missed a day of work.
She is survived by her former husband, Thomas Winfred Brill of Stephens City, VA; son, Thomas Wesley Brill and his wife Pam of Winchester; grandson, Benjamin Brill of Winchester; brother, Hubert Smedley of Stewartstown, PA and sisters, Arlene Brown and Linda Smedley both of Winchester.
A Celebration of Life will be Monday, October 23, 2017 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at Jones Funeral Home in Winchester. There will be a time set aside for those who would like to share memories of Patricia.
Burial will be at Shenandoah Memorial Park at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Patricia Brill funeral fund in c/o Jones Funeral Home, 228 S. Pleasant Valley Road, Winchester, VA 22601.
