Obituary for Susan Lynne Miller (Fleming)
Susan Fleming Miller, 57, of Winchester, VA passed away peacefully on Monday, September 4, 2017 at an assisted living facility in Maurertown, VA.
She was born on April 17, 1960; the daughter of Jacqueline Jones Fleming and the late James H. Fleming.
Susan was a 1978 graduate of Handley High School.
Along with her mother, Jackie of Winchester and her husband, Ronald E. Miller of Winchester she is survived by her daughter, Tara Marie Fowlkes and her husband, Kevin, of Winchester, her son, RJ Miller of Winchester; sisters, Cathy Fleming Moberly and Husband, Bill, of Falls Church, VA and Elizabeth Fleming Dever and husband, Dan, of Paradise Valley, AZ, brother, Michael McCarroll Fleming and wife Karen, of Winchester and three grandchildren, Jordan, Nicholas and Natalee.
Susan’s family will receive friends at Jones Funeral Home on Saturday, September 9, 2017 from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. A memorial service will follow at 1:00 p.m. with Reverend William Moberly officiating. Her burial will be private.
Memorial contributions may be made to Alzheimer’s Association, National Capitol Area, 8180 Greensboro Drive, Suite 400, McClean, VA 22102.
