The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Kevin Showalter can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

Condolence: Please accept my heartfelt condolences. Words cannot begin to express the sadness you are feeling. It seems so unfair that death should have the power to take away someone you love. And when it happens, the thought of never again being able to talk to, laugh with, or hold your loved one can be most difficult to bear. But please know that your Heavenly Father understands your pain. He, too, felt pain when his only begotten son died. And just like he raised his son, Jesus Christ, to life, he promised to do the same for our dead loved ones. Hosea 13:14 says, "From the power of the Grave I will redeem them; From death I will recover them. Where are your stings, O Death? Where is your destructiveness, O Grave? Compassion will be concealed from my eyes."
I hope that you find measure of comfort in God's promise to end all suffering and death soon and forever. Revelation 21:4.
