Condolence: I worked along side Peter in the Coalition For Racial Unity, the Citizens For Quality Community, in the Lewis For Senate campaigns, and in several Democratic campaigns. Peter was always there for the community and for the people he was working with. Peter, you are dearly loved and will be greatly missed. I am sure your spirit will sail on.

Condolence From: Geraldine Kiefer
Condolence: I deeply feel the loss of Peter, who himself cared so deeply for others, particularly the Boys and Girls Club of Winchester, for which he made a stand for a home and for support, and for those individuals who were ousted from the George Washington Hotel, when its owners renovated and reinvented it as a luxury hotel. Peter was an activist, a gentleman, a scholar, and an impassioned citizen whose philosophy of love and caring never wavered. I have made a donation to the Boys and Girls Club in his memory.
