Condolence: Barb - We were caught unawares when we read of Jake's passing. A proud and talented man - loved his cartoons!- who was also proud to have served his country and retiring as a USN Master Chief, Jake was taken too early.

Condolence: Barbara & Family- I am so sorry to hear of Mr. Scarlett's passing. He was a wonderful individual with a personality like no other. I treasure the fact that I ran into him several months ago & had a good chat. He will always remain my favorite farrier- not only for the tales he told, but for all the advice he gave as well as the loaning out of his tack when I was desperate! RIP

Condolence: I am so sad to hear of JL's passing, as a kid we all looked forward to his visits to care for the horses and were so excited when he would come in for coffee and tell us his tales. He was a wonderful man, I know my Dad (an informal blacksmithing student of JL) is so sad to lose his friend. I send love and good thoughts to his family.
