Obituary for Kathleen Pricilla "Titie" Cook (Cook)
Kathleen Pricilla Cook, “Titie”, 55, of Berryville, VA passed away at Medstar Georgetown University Hospital, Wednesday, October 5, 2016 surrounded by her family.
Kathleen was born in Winchester, VA, November 7, 1960; the daughter of Paul and Mary Cook. She worked as a CNA for Rosehill Nursing Home in Berryville for 25 years, retiring in 2007. She was a member of Prosperity Baptist Church. Kathleen was the sunshine on a cloudy day.
Along with her mother, she is survived by her son Terry Heseltine Cook of Hagerstown, MD; her daughter Sheri Shawntay Cook of Berryville; five grandchildren; her significant other, Richard Lewis Dole and her beloved pets, Sasha, Baby and Peanut.
She was preceded in death by her father.
A funeral service will be held October 11, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at Jones Funeral Home, Winchester, VA with Rev. Robert M. Jackson officiating. A visitation will be one hour prior from 10:00-11:00 a.m. Burial will follow at Shenandoah Memorial Park.
Pallbearers will be Terry Cook, Lawrence Johnson, William Underwood, Teddy Marshall, Jimmy Underwood and Donald Underwood. Honorary pallbearer will be Richard Dole.
