Margaret Louise  Keffer
Margaret L. Keffer, 77, of Winchester, died Saturday, January 9, 2016 at her home.
Mrs. Keffer was born July 18, 1938 in Tunnelton, WV; the daughter of the late Boyd Delett Wolfe and Lucy Pearl Bolyard Wolfe. She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and the Disabled American Veterans Auxiliary.
She married Charles W. Keffer, Sr. on September 21, 1956 in Phoenix City, AL. Mr. Keffer preceded her in death on January 24, 1999.
She is survived by her children, Tina J. Martin and her husband Barry of Martinsburg, WV, Charles W. Keffer, Jr. and Dale R. Keffer both of Winchester; two grandchildren; two great grandchildren; four brothers; and three sisters. She was preceded in death by five brothers and six sisters.
The family will receive friends on Saturday morning from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at Jones Funeral Home in Winchester.
A funeral service will be held on Satuday, January 16, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 399 Apple Pie Ridge Road. Burial will follow in Riverview Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to North Mountain Volunteer Fire and Rescue, 186 Rosenberger Lane, Winchester, VA 22602.
