Ann Bailey  Kerr
Ann Bailey Kerr, 18, of Winchester, VA, passed away on December 12, 2015 at Winchester Medical Center.

Ann Bailey was born in Winchester on April 8, 1997, daughter of Jill Moler Kerr and the late Gregory S. Kerr. She is the granddaughter of Jerry and Carol Kerr of Winchester and Doug and Ginger Moler of Berryville.

She attended Milbrook High School and Lord Fairfax Community College and worked at her mother’s business, Harvest Moon Natural Foods. Ann Bailey had a true love of music and animals, especially her beloved dogs, Angel, Jasper, and Piper, and her cat, Charlie. She also had a passion for writing.

Ann Bailey is survived by her mother, Jill M. Kerr; her brother, Tanner S. Kerr and his wife, Amanda; her brother Gunner D. Kerr; her uncle, David Kerr and his wife, Kristi and their children and both her maternal and paternal grandparents.

A funeral service will be held at Grace Evangelical Lutheran Church, 28 W. Boscawen St., Winchester, VA on Friday,
December 18, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Martha Sims officiating. Burial will follow in Mt Hebron Cemetery. After the burial there will be a visitation and reception in Eisenberg Fellowship Hall at the church.

Ann Bailey was preceded in death by her father, Gregory S. Kerr and her aunt, Ann Douglas Moler.

Because of her love for animals, the family requests that donations in her memory be made to the Esther Boyd Animal Shelter of Frederick County, 161 Fort Collier Rd., Winchester, VA 22603 or the Winchester SPCA, 115 Featherbed Lane, Winchester, VA 22601.
