Dorothy E. Tiedeman, 99, of Winchester, VA, died Sunday, April, 16, 2017 at a local nursing home.
She was born October 13, 1917 in Stoughton, MA, the daughter of Maurice S. and Edith M. Azulay.
Dorothy married Charles Tiedeman on September 22, 1945 in New York City. Mr. Tiedeman died March 28, 1999.
Mrs. Tiedeman is survived by two children C. John Tiedeman and wife, Jo, of New York, NY and a daughter, Alice Matvay, and husband, David and four grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, May 20, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. at Bethel Lutheran Church Memorial Garden with The Rev. Dr. David N. Young officiating.
The family of Mrs. Tiedeman wishes to thank the staff of Hilltop House for lovingly caring for Dorothy since 2011.
