Barbara Joyce Zydelis
Barbara Joyce Presgraves Zydelis, 69, of Winchester, VA passed away on Wednesday, February 4, 2015 in the Winchester Medical Center.
Barbara was born March 20, 1945 in Winchester; the daughter of Charles H. and Marguerite Virginia Ashby Presgraves and step daughter to Iva Mason Presgraves. She was a graduate of James Wood High School Class of 1963. She worked for Winchester Internal Medicine as a receptionist and was a member of the Church of The Good Shepherd.
She married Robert F. Zydelis on September 17, 1965 in Hagerstown, MD.
Along with her husband, Robert, of Winchester she is survived by her daughters, Kelly Lynn Zydelis and Crystal Zydelis Pullen and her husband, Adrian both of Winchester and three grandchildren, Lauren D. Oscar, Yeakley E. Pullen and Bodie R. Pullen.
Her parents and her brother, Larry E. Presgraves preceded her in death.
The family will receive friends on Monday, February 9, 2015 from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at The Church of The Good Shepherd. A memorial service will follow at the church at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Jeff Barber and Rev. Vernon Bray officiating. Burial will be private.
Friends planning expressions of sympathy are asked to consider donations to Blue Ridge Hospice, 333 W. Cork Street, Winchester, VA 22601 and to The American Cancer Society, 2654 Valley Avenue, Winchester, VA 22601.
